Custom Sink Top Configurations

SENFON manufactures commercial stainless steel sink tops from approved drawings rather than limiting buyers to one fixed layout. The countertop can be configured around the washing workflow, available installation space, local base structure and required bowl capacity.

Dimensions & Approved Drawing Requirements

A custom commercial sink top should be manufactured from a controlled technical drawing. Overall length and depth alone are not enough to define the product. Before quotation, buyers should provide or confirm the principal dimensions and installation interfaces.

Stainless Steel Material & Thickness

SENFON can manufacture approved SUS201, SUS304, SUS316 and selected SUS430 specifications according to the application and confirmed order requirements. SUS304 is commonly selected for commercial kitchen wet-service equipment, while other grades should be evaluated according to environment, corrosion exposure, fabrication method and buyer requirements.

Actual thickness should be specified by component rather than described only with a general product-level value. The countertop sheet, sink bowl, backsplash, drainboard, reinforcement and other fabricated areas may require different specifications depending on span, bowl size, cutouts and installation method.

The quotation and approved drawing should identify the material and actual thickness clearly. Terms such as “heavy duty” or “premium stainless steel” should not replace measurable specifications.

Backsplash, Drainboard & Edge Options

A commercial stainless steel sink top can be developed with rear backsplashes, side returns, raised edges, drainboards and recessed working areas according to the project layout. These details affect water control, wall interfaces, cleaning and integration with adjacent equipment.

Drainboards can be positioned on the left, right or both sides where the overall countertop layout allows. Drainboard dimensions, rib pattern, slope and transition to the sink bowl should be confirmed in the drawing rather than assumed from reference photographs.

Edge profiles should also be specified before production. Buyers installing the sink top on a local cabinet or frame should provide the support dimensions and any required folded returns, fixing surfaces or exposed finished edges.

Faucet Holes, Drain Openings & Equipment Cutouts

SENFON can manufacture faucet holes, drain openings and other cutouts from approved coordinates. Buyers should provide the hole diameter, centerline and distance from reference edges. For equipment interfaces, waste openings, food-processing equipment or special fixtures, a dimensioned drawing is recommended.

Faucets or taps shown in reference photographs are not automatically included in the quotation. Their connection size, certification and installation requirements vary by destination market, so they should be listed separately when required.

Integration with Local Cabinets, Frames or Workstations

This product can be supplied as a component-only stainless steel sink top for integration with a locally manufactured cabinet, welded frame, worktable or custom project base. The buyer is responsible for confirming the supporting structure, plumbing clearance and installation interface unless SENFON is also manufacturing the complete lower structure.
