Stainless Steel Sheet Pan Rack Trolley Assembly Guide | SENFON
This SENFON assembly guide shows how to assemble the detachable stainless steel sheet pan rack trolley shown in the video. The trolley is supplied in a knock-down structure for more convenient export packing and straightforward assembly after delivery.
The version shown here uses two stainless steel side frames with welded tray runners, four short connecting tubes, supplied screws and fastening plates, two fixed directional casters, and two swivel casters with brakes. Because caster and frame configurations can vary by approved model, always follow the actual parts and reserved hole positions supplied with your trolley.
SENFON manufactures commercial stainless steel trolleys, sheet pan racks, utility carts and other stainless steel commercial kitchen equipment for importers, distributors, wholesalers and project buyers. Step 1: Check All Parts and Accessories
Open the package and place all components in order before starting the assembly. Check that the main frame parts, connecting tubes, casters, screws and fastening plates are complete.
- Stainless steel side frames: 2 pieces.
- Short connecting tubes: 4 pieces.
- Fixed directional casters: 2 pieces.
- Swivel casters with brakes: 2 pieces.
- Screws and fastening plates: supplied with the trolley.
Step 2: Stand the Two Side Frames Upright
Take out the two stainless steel side frames and stand them upright. Keep both frames in the correct orientation so that the reserved screw holes face the corresponding connecting positions.
The tray support runners are already welded to the side frames, so these parts do not need to be installed separately.
Step 3: Install the Two Upper Connecting Tubes
Take two short connecting tubes and position them between the upper sections of the two side frames. Align each tube with the reserved screw holes.
Use the supplied screws and fastening plates to fix the connecting tubes to the side frames. Tighten them securely while keeping the two side frames correctly aligned.
Step 4: Install the Casters
Insert the casters into the square tube legs at the bottom of the trolley. Each caster connection includes a plastic insert with a corresponding hole position.
Before pushing the caster fully into the square tube, check the direction of the plastic insert and make sure the hole is aligned with the reserved fixing position. Insert the caster only after the hole direction is correct.
The trolley shown in this video uses two fixed directional casters and two swivel casters with brakes. For convenient daily operation, install the two swivel brake casters on the same side of the trolley.
Step 5: Install the Remaining Two Connecting Tubes
Take the remaining two short connecting tubes and align them with the corresponding screw holes on the side frames.
Use the supplied screws and fastening plates to secure both tubes. Before fully tightening all screws, check that the trolley frame is correctly aligned and that all connection points are seated properly.
Step 6: Final Tightening and Assembly Check
After all four connecting tubes and four casters are installed, check every screw and fixing point again.
- Make sure all screws and fastening plates are securely tightened.
- Confirm that all four casters are fully inserted and correctly positioned.
- Check that the two swivel casters with brakes are installed on the same side.
- Confirm that the complete trolley frame is stable and correctly aligned.
- Test caster movement and brake operation before putting the trolley into service.
The stainless steel sheet pan rack trolley assembly is now complete. The detachable structure makes the installation process simple and convenient after delivery.
Assembly Reminder: This guide applies to the specific detachable sheet pan rack trolley structure shown in the video. Different SENFON sheet pan rack models may use different rail quantities, dimensions, connecting structures or caster configurations. Always confirm the supplied parts, reserved hole positions and approved product specification before final tightening.
