Double-tier adjustable stainless steel wall shelf assembly guide by SENFON

Double-Tier Adjustable Track-System Assembly Guide

This SENFON assembly guide shows how to install the adjustable double-tier stainless steel wall shelf with track system shown in the video. The wall-mounted structure uses two vertical wall tracks, four adjustable shelf brackets and two stainless steel shelf panels with rear upstands.

The bracket height can be repositioned along the wall tracks, allowing the spacing between the two shelf levels to be adjusted according to the approved installation layout and actual storage requirements. For full product specifications and B2B customization options, view the Commercial Double-Tier Stainless Steel Wall Shelf with Track System.

Step 1: Check All Wall Shelf Parts and Accessories

Open the package and place all components in order before installation. Check that the wall tracks, adjustable brackets, shelf panels, screws and other fixing accessories are complete.

  • Vertical wall tracks: 2 pieces.
  • Adjustable shelf brackets: 4 pieces, two brackets for each shelf level.
  • Stainless steel shelf panels: 2 pieces, each with a rear upstand.
  • Shelf-fixing screws: supplied for securing the shelf panels to the brackets.
  • Wall-fixing hardware: use suitable anchors or expansion bolts according to the actual wall structure and approved installation requirements.

Step 2: Position and Fix the Two Wall Tracks

Determine the required installation position according to the actual kitchen layout, working height and available wall space. Mark the fixing points for the two vertical wall tracks.

Drill the wall at the marked positions and secure both tracks using fixing hardware suitable for the actual wall material. Make sure the two tracks are vertical, parallel to each other and installed at the correct spacing before fully tightening the wall fixings.

Step 3: Select the Two Shelf Heights

Before installing the brackets, determine the required height of the lower and upper shelf levels. Consider the items to be stored and the clear space required between the two shelves.

Select matching slots on both wall tracks so that the left and right brackets for each shelf level will be installed at the same height.

Step 4: Install the Four Adjustable Shelf Brackets

Each shelf level uses two adjustable support brackets, one on the left and one on the right.

Insert the hooks or locking tabs on each bracket into the corresponding slots on the wall tracks. Engage the brackets fully and check that the left and right brackets are positioned at the same height.

Repeat the same procedure for the second shelf level. After all four brackets are installed, confirm that they are securely engaged with the wall tracks before placing the shelves.

Step 5: Position the Two Stainless Steel Shelf Panels

Place the first stainless steel shelf panel onto its two support brackets. The raised rear upstand should face the wall.

Place the second shelf panel onto the remaining two brackets in the same way. Check that both shelves sit correctly on the bracket supports and that the rear upstands are positioned toward the wall.

Step 6: Secure the Shelves from Underneath

Align the reserved screw holes between each shelf panel and its support brackets.

Install the screws from underneath the shelf and tighten them upward into the corresponding fixing points. Secure both sides of each shelf so that the panels cannot move independently from the brackets during normal use.

Step 7: Complete the Final Installation Check

After both shelf panels are secured, inspect the complete wall-mounted structure before use.

  • Confirm that both vertical wall tracks are firmly fixed and remain parallel.
  • Check that all four adjustable brackets are fully engaged with the track slots.
  • Make sure the left and right brackets for each shelf are at the same height.
  • Confirm that both shelf panels are horizontal and properly seated.
  • Check that the rear upstands face the wall.
  • Make sure all shelf-fixing screws are fully tightened.
  • Confirm that the wall structure and fixing method are suitable for the intended installation before loading the shelves.

The adjustable double-tier stainless steel wall shelf installation is now complete. If the shelf height needs to be changed later, remove the stored items first and reposition the brackets only after confirming the new bracket positions on both wall tracks are level and secure.

Wall Installation Reminder: Wall materials and fixing requirements vary by project. Before installation, confirm the wall condition, fixing method, bracket spacing, intended shelf position and expected use. Use wall anchors or expansion bolts suitable for the actual substrate, and do not load the shelves until all wall and bracket fixing points have been checked for stability.
