Step 1: Check All Parts Before Assembly

After receiving the product, open the package and check whether all parts and accessories are complete before assembly.

  • Folding stainless steel platform truck body: 1 piece.
  • Fixed directional casters: 2 pieces.
  • Swivel casters with brakes: 2 pieces.
  • Screw accessories: 1 set.

Step 2: Install Brake Casters on the Handle Side

Place the platform truck body upside down with the bottom side facing upward.

On the side close to the handle, install the two swivel casters with brakes. The two brake casters must be installed on the same side of the platform truck.

Make sure the brake casters are positioned on the outside side near the handle before tightening the screws.

Step 3: Install Fixed Directional Casters

Install the two fixed directional casters on the opposite side near the handle end according to the reserved mounting holes.

Align the caster holes and tighten all screws firmly using the supplied accessories.

Step 4: Complete Basic Assembly

After all four casters are installed and fixed, turn the platform truck upright.

Raise the handle into the normal working position and confirm that the handle structure is locked correctly. The basic assembly is now complete.

Step 5: Folding Operation

When the platform truck needs to be stored or transported in a smaller space, step on the stainless steel folding bar located at the bottom.

Push the handle down and fold it into the compact storage position. The folding design helps reduce occupied space and improves storage efficiency.
