Step 1: Check All Parts Before Assembly

After receiving the product, please open the package and check whether all parts and accessories are complete before assembly. For a 3-tier trolley, the package includes three stainless steel shelves. For a 2-tier trolley, the package includes two stainless steel shelves. The assembly method remains the same.

  • Stainless steel shelves: 2 or 3 pieces, depending on the trolley model.
  • Round tube handles: 2 pieces.
  • Swivel casters: 4 pieces in total.
  • Caster type: 2 casters with brakes and 2 casters without brakes.
  • Screw accessories: 1 package.
  • Caster fixing accessories: 4 sets.
  • Curved washers: used outside the round tubes during handle fixing.

Step 2: Fix the Round Tube Handles to the First Shelf

Take one stainless steel shelf first and place the two round tube handles into the fixed positions. Align the screw holes before tightening the screws.

Please note that the curved washers in the accessory package should be placed outside the round tubes before fixing. This helps the screws fit the round tube surface more securely and improves the overall assembly stability.

Step 3: Install the Remaining Shelves

After the first shelf and round tube handles are fixed, continue to install the remaining shelves in order. For a 3-tier trolley, install the second shelf and third shelf according to the reserved screw positions. For a 2-tier trolley, install the second shelf using the same method.

During installation, please align the shelf holes with the round tube handle holes before tightening the screws. It is recommended to pre-fix the screws first and then fully tighten them after all shelf positions are aligned.

Step 4: Assemble the Rubber Accessories and Casters

Combine the rubber accessories with the swivel casters according to the accessory structure. Then insert the caster assemblies into the bottom of the round tube handles.

Make sure the caster fixing parts are fully inserted and correctly positioned before tightening. Correct caster installation is important for smooth movement and stable use.

Step 5: Fix the Final Shelf with Screws and Washers

Align the screw holes and fix the final shelf with screws from the outside. Use washers as required during fixing. After all shelves and handles are correctly positioned, tighten all screws firmly.

Step 6: Confirm the Brake Caster Position

Please make sure the two casters with brakes are installed on the same round tube handle side. The two casters without brakes should be installed on the other side.

This caster arrangement helps the trolley stay stable when the brakes are locked and makes it easier to control during commercial kitchen use.

Step 7: Final Check and Finish Assembly

After all screws, shelves, handles, and casters are fixed, check the complete trolley again. Make sure every screw is tightened, all casters rotate smoothly, and the brake casters can lock properly. The round tube stainless steel trolley assembly is now complete.
