Stainless steel open wall cabinet assembly guide by SENFON

Stainless Steel Open Wall Cabinet Assembly Guide | SENFON

This SENFON assembly guide shows how to assemble the detachable stainless steel open wall cabinet shown in the video. The cabinet has an open front with no doors and provides two accessible storage levels for commercial kitchen storage.

The version shown here uses one rear panel, two side panels, one bottom panel, one middle shelf and one top panel. The bottom panel and middle shelf are the same size, while the reserved screw holes and installation position determine where each panel is fixed. Screws and washers are used to connect the cabinet body through the pre-drilled fixing points.

The knock-down structure is designed for convenient export packing and straightforward assembly after delivery. For other commercial worktable and cabinet configurations, visit our Commercial Stainless Steel Worktables & Cabinets collection.

Step 1: Check All Cabinet Parts and Accessories

Open the package and place all components in order before starting the assembly. Check the cabinet panels, screws, washers and other supplied fixing accessories.

  • Rear panel: 1 piece, the largest main panel.
  • Left and right side panels: 2 pieces.
  • Bottom panel: 1 piece.
  • Middle shelf: 1 piece.
  • Top panel: 1 piece.
  • Screws and washers: supplied with the cabinet for body assembly.

Step 2: Position the Rear Panel

Take out the largest panel first. This is the rear panel of the open wall cabinet and forms the main reference for the cabinet body assembly.

Place the rear panel in a stable working position and identify the reserved screw holes for the left and right side panels before fixing the other components.

Step 3: Install the Left and Right Side Panels

Position the two side panels on both sides of the rear panel and align the reserved screw holes.

Use the supplied screws and washers to connect the side panels to the rear panel. Tighten the fixing points securely while keeping both side panels correctly aligned with the cabinet body.

Step 4: Install the Bottom Panel

Among the remaining horizontal panels, identify the bottom panel according to its installation position and reserved fixing holes.

Place the bottom panel between the two side panels, align the screw holes and secure it with the supplied screws and washers. Check the side and rear fixing points and tighten them so the lower section of the cabinet remains square and stable.

Step 5: Install the Middle Shelf

The middle shelf is the same size as the bottom panel on this model. Position it at the middle storage level and align it with the corresponding pre-drilled screw holes.

Fix the shelf through the reserved side and rear connection points using the supplied screws and washers. After tightening, check that the shelf is level and properly seated inside the cabinet.

Step 6: Install the Top Panel

Place the top panel onto the cabinet body and align it with the reserved screw holes on the side and rear panels.

Use the supplied screws and washers to secure the top panel. After the top is fixed, check all cabinet-body connections again and fully tighten the screws.

Step 7: Check the Completed Cabinet Body

Before mounting the cabinet to the wall, check the complete assembled structure.

  • Confirm that the rear panel and both side panels are correctly aligned.
  • Make sure the bottom panel and middle shelf are securely fixed.
  • Check that the top panel is fully tightened.
  • Confirm that all screws and washers are installed correctly.
  • Make sure the cabinet body is square and stable before wall mounting.

Step 8: Prepare the Wall-Mounting Positions

The rear panel is designed with pre-drilled wall-mounting holes. Before installation, determine the cabinet position according to the actual site layout and wall structure.

Mark the fixing positions on the wall according to the mounting holes on the cabinet. Select suitable wall anchors or expansion bolts according to the wall substrate, cabinet position and required installation load. The wall structure must be suitable for securely supporting the cabinet and its intended storage load.

Step 9: Mount and Secure the Cabinet

After the wall fixing points are prepared, align the cabinet rear mounting holes with the wall anchors or expansion bolts and mount the cabinet in position.

Secure the cabinet firmly, then check that it is level, stable and properly fixed to the wall before placing items inside. The stainless steel open wall cabinet assembly and wall installation are now complete.

Assembly Reminder: This guide applies to the specific open-front, doorless wall cabinet structure shown in the video. Wall substrates and fixing requirements vary by installation site. Confirm the wall condition, mounting position and suitable fixing hardware before installation, and do not load the cabinet until the wall fixing has been checked for stability.
