This SENFON assembly guide shows how to assemble a knock-down wall-mounted stainless steel cabinet with sliding doors. The KD structure is designed for easier packing, faster assembly, and lower shipping volume. Compared with traditional fully welded cabinet packing, this knock-down design can help save around 70%–80% sea freight space, making it more suitable for B2B bulk orders, mixed container shipments, and commercial kitchen project supply.

After proper assembly and wall fixing, the stainless steel wall cabinet provides strong stability, practical storage space, and long-term durability for commercial kitchens. Customers can follow the instruction sheet and scan the QR code to watch the assembly video step by step after receiving the product.

Step 1: Sort and Check All Parts

After receiving the product, please open the package, sort all parts, and check whether the accessories are complete before assembly. This helps make the installation process faster and reduces assembly mistakes.

  • Front door frame: 1 piece, with sliding track.
  • Left and right side panels: 2 pieces.
  • Rear panel: 1 piece.
  • Top panel: 1 piece.
  • Middle shelf and bottom shelf: 2 pieces in total.
  • Sliding doors: 2 pieces.
  • Adjustable shelf support pieces: 4 pieces.
  • Screw accessories and expansion screws: supplied according to the instruction sheet.

Step 2: Position the Front Door Frame

Place the front door frame upright before assembly. Please pay attention to the direction of the sliding track. The sliding track should be located at the top of the front door frame.

Correct front frame direction is important for the later sliding door installation. If the track direction is wrong, the sliding doors cannot be installed smoothly.

Step 3: Pre-Fix the Side Panels with the Front Frame

Find the left and right side panels of the wall cabinet. Please note that the side panels have upper and lower directions. The side with reserved screw holes should face upward.

Use the supplied screws and accessories to pre-fix the side panels with the front door frame. At this stage, the screws can be simply fixed first so the cabinet body can be aligned more easily.

Step 4: Install the Rear Panel

Take the rear panel and connect it with the left and right side panels using screws. The rear panel also has upper and lower directions. Please make sure the reserved screw holes are located at the top.

After the rear panel and side panels are aligned, tighten the screws to make the cabinet body stable and square.

Step 5: Tighten the Cabinet Body Screws

After the front frame, side panels, and rear panel are correctly positioned, tighten all screws on the cabinet body. Make sure the frame is stable before installing the shelves and top panel.

Step 6: Install the Shelf Support Pieces

Place the four adjustable shelf support pieces inside the cabinet body. The shelf support positions can be adjusted according to the required storage height.

Please make sure the support pieces are placed evenly on both sides so the shelf can sit flat and stable.

Step 7: Place the Middle Shelf and Bottom Shelf

Place the shelf panels into the cabinet body after the support pieces are installed. The middle shelf and bottom shelf are exactly the same in size and thickness, so they do not need to be distinguished during assembly. Either panel can be placed in the middle position or the bottom position.

Step 8: Fix the Top Panel

Place the top panel onto the cabinet body and align the reserved screw holes. Use the supplied screws to fix the top panel firmly. After the top panel is installed, check the cabinet body again and make sure all screws are tightened.

Step 9: Install the Front Sliding Doors

Install the two front sliding doors into the cabinet track. Make sure the sliding doors are correctly placed into the track and can move smoothly from left to right.

After the doors are installed, test both sliding doors several times to confirm smooth opening and closing.

Step 10: Mark the Wall Mounting Positions

The instruction sheet includes a reserved position diagram for the wall-mounted cabinet expansion screws. At the installation site, mark the wall according to the reserved screw positions shown in the instruction sheet.

Please make sure the wall surface and fixing position are suitable for wall-mounted cabinet installation before drilling.

Step 11: Drill the Wall and Fix the Expansion Screws

Drill holes on the wall according to the marked positions. Then install the supplied expansion screws into the wall. The expansion screws should be fixed firmly before placing the cabinet onto the wall.

Step 12: Align the Cabinet and Finish Wall Mounting

Place the wall cabinet in the correct position and align the cabinet holes with the expansion screw positions on the wall. After the holes are aligned, fix the cabinet securely. The wall-mounted stainless steel cabinet assembly and installation are now complete.

Assembly Reminder: This wall-mounted stainless steel cabinet uses a knock-down structure for convenient assembly and efficient export packing. The KD design can help save around 70%–80% sea freight space compared with traditional welded cabinet packing. Before wall mounting, please confirm the wall condition, drilling position, and expansion screw fixing strength. After proper assembly and wall fixing, the cabinet provides stable and practical storage space for commercial kitchens.
