Plate diameter, stack height, tray length, shelf clearance, door access, ventilation and cleaning method determine the practical internal layout. Sliding, hinged, solid, transparent or perforated configurations can be reviewed for B2B orders, with material, actual thickness and export packing stated on the approved specification.

The current SENFON product page shows a common dish-cabinet reference with upper and lower storage zones, four doors and an overall height of about 1800 mm. It also presents sliding, hinged, solid, vision-panel and perforated-door possibilities. These are currently available reference features, not a universal specification for every order; the approved drawing must state the actual door count, shelf levels, overall size and panel type.
Design the Cabinet Around the Tableware
Measure the Stored Items
Provide the maximum plate diameter, tray length, stack height and number of stacks so internal clearances can be planned.
Select Door Access
Sliding doors preserve aisle space, while hinged doors may provide wider simultaneous access. Confirm cleaning access to tracks and corners.
Ventilation and Hygiene
Ventilation is application-specific. If perforations or louvers are required, show their location and cleaning requirements on the drawing.
Shelf Loading
State expected loads and whether shelves are fixed, adjustable or removable; do not rely on a generic load claim.
What Makes a Dish Cabinet Different from Generic Storage
A dish cabinet should be planned around tableware rather than treated as a general cupboard with arbitrary shelves. The buyer needs to identify what is stored, how stacks are supported, how staff reach each level and how the interior is cleaned. This product-specific approach produces useful clearances for plates, bowls and trays while avoiding unsupported capacity claims based only on external cabinet size.
Measure Tableware Before Setting the Shelf Plan
Plate diameter alone is not enough. Buyers should provide the stacked height, stack quantity, bowl width, tray length and any rack or basket dimensions. Shelf clearances must allow hands to lift a stack without striking the shelf above. Deep cabinets may increase theoretical capacity but make rear items harder to reach, especially on upper levels. A mixed tableware layout can use different vertical spaces instead of repeating equal shelf gaps.
The door type changes access. Sliding doors save aisle space but restrict the opening at any one position; hinged doors provide a wider view but need swing clearance. If tableware is loaded from both sides, state that requirement early because it changes the enclosure and traffic pattern. Ventilation, perforation or drainage features are not assumed standard: they should be specified only when the storage process requires them.
Hygiene, Edges and Cleaning Access
Dish storage can involve residual moisture, so the buyer should describe whether items enter the cabinet fully dry and how the cabinet will be cleaned. Review shelf edges, removable parts, internal corners and the clearance under or around the cabinet. SUS304 may be preferred for wetter commercial environments, while any material selection must still be confirmed by component and market requirement. No hygiene certification or load figure is claimed unless the supporting product evidence is available.
For export packing, shelves and doors should be restrained so they do not damage internal finishes. If the product is modular, assembly instructions must preserve cabinet squareness and door alignment. An assembled cabinet requires a site-access check for doors, lifts and corridors before shipment.
Compare Dish-Cabinet Quotations by Usable Storage
External size, steel grade and shelf count are not enough for a fair comparison. Review usable opening width, internal depth, clear height at every shelf, shelf adjustability, door system, ventilation or perforation if specified, floor clearance and packing restraint. A cabinet with more shelves may store fewer practical plate stacks if hand clearance was ignored.
Distributors should define representative tableware sets for approval and keep them with the model drawing. If the local market uses different plate diameters or dish racks, create a separate shelf layout rather than claiming one cabinet is universal. This makes capacity statements traceable without publishing an unsupported number.
Incoming inspection can then check shelf position, door travel and internal clear dimensions against the controlled model rather than judging capacity from exterior appearance.

Tableware-Fit and Hygiene Inspection
A dish cabinet passes only when the intended tableware can be stored, removed and dried without creating inaccessible areas.

- Confirm whether ventilation or perforation is required for the actual storage condition.
- Check shelf edges, internal corners and door tracks for cleaning access.
- Verify the four-door and upper/lower storage arrangement shown for the selected reference model.
Packing a Tall Tableware Cabinet
A KD structure is publicly offered for export, but panel length, door type and transparent inserts determine the protection plan. Tall side panels need bend protection, and each shelf and door must be labelled to preserve the approved upper/lower arrangement during assembly.
