Specifications, Options & Buying Information
SENFON manufactures this stainless steel worktable cabinet with vision-panel doors for commercial kitchens, laboratories and organized preparation areas. Buyers can specify high-strength tempered glass or coloured acrylic panels, then match the panel weight and cleaning requirements to the frame, track or hinges and export protection. Select the Door Panel Before Hardware and Packing
Glass and Acrylic Are Not Interchangeable
They differ in scratch resistance, impact behavior, heat response, cleaning compatibility and local requirements.
Check Visibility and Storage
Shelf fronts, door frames and handles should not unnecessarily obstruct the stored items that staff need to identify.
Specify Glass, Acrylic or Another Panel Explicitly
Transparent materials are not interchangeable. The buyer should approve panel type, thickness, edge treatment, tint and cleaning compatibility. Glass weight and breakage behaviour differ from acrylic scratch and chemical resistance. Door frame, runners or hinges and packing protection must be designed around the chosen material.
The panel should support a clear operational reason: stock visibility, display or faster checks. If stored items are sensitive to light or visual clutter, an opaque door may be more appropriate. Internal shelf positions should align with the viewing zones instead of cutting through them arbitrarily.
Protect the Panel Without Compromising Cabinet Alignment
The worktop, cabinet body, shelves and door frames each require confirmed material and actual thickness. Panel retention details must allow cleaning and, where intended, replacement. Export packing should isolate transparent panels from hardware and cabinet edges while keeping moving doors restrained. The panel description in the quotation, drawing and product images must agree.
For a fair quotation, compare the named panel material, clear viewing area, frame construction, replacement method and packing. If different markets require glass and acrylic versions, assign separate specifications rather than combining both materials in one uncontrolled item.
Vision-Panel Work Cabinet RFQ
- Cabinet and worktop dimensions
- Sliding or hinged door operation
- Panel material, thickness and safety requirement
- Shelf quantity, clear spacing and stored items
- Material, top load, quantity, packing and destination
Use the OEM/ODM review process to approve the actual panel material, edge protection, hinges or tracks and export packing.
Panel Schedule and Visibility Checks
Transparent-door wording must match the supplied material on the quotation, drawing, product title and ALT.
- Verify each panel's material and edge support.
- Check shelf positions remain visible and usable.
- Test sliding/swing travel for the selected access side.
- Confirm replacement parts and packing for the actual panel.
Impact Protection for Transparent Doors
Panels should be isolated from stainless edges and hardware. KD may reduce volume, but assembled supply may better preserve alignment; the route and panel risk decide the structure.
Transparent-Door Cabinet Questions
Are the doors always glass?
No. The exact panel material must be named in the confirmed quotation and product title where appropriate.
Can the shelves be moved?
Fixed, removable or adjustable layouts can be reviewed according to the stored items.
Panel and Worktop Verification
Tempered glass, acrylic colour, panel thickness and hardware must be named in the quotation and drawing. Stainless steel grade, component-level actual thickness and worktop reinforcement are selected from the intended use. Panel retention, door travel, cabinet alignment and packing protection can be checked within the agreed inspection scope.
