PRODUCT DETAILS
Specifications, Options & Buying Information
SENFON manufactures a stainless steel wall cabinet with vision-panel doors for kitchens, laboratories, clinics and other B2B projects. The transparent panel is specified as tempered glass, acrylic or another approved material, then matched to the door frame, hinges or tracks and protective packing. Sliding or swing access, shelf layout and optional LED provision are approved separately, including voltage, driver, switching, cable exit and local electrical scope when lighting is supplied.
Vision-Panel Wall Cabinet Specification
| Item | What to Confirm |
|---|---|
| Door operation | Sliding, hinged or combined configuration |
| Vision panel | Material and thickness confirmed for the destination |
| Shelves | Quantity, spacing and load customized |
| Mounting | Fixing points coordinated with wall substrate |
| Lighting | Provision only when separately specified and approved |
| Electrical scope | Components and local compliance confirmed before inclusion |
Vision Panel, Door and Optional Lighting Schedule
The current reference shows a wall cabinet with a middle shelf, sliding or swing doors, transparent panels and optional lighting. Each subsystem must be named separately.
| Configuration point | Available reference configuration | Confirm before production |
|---|---|---|
| Door operation | Sliding or single/double/triple swing arrangements | Actual opening, hinge/track and mounting-height conflict |
| Vision panel | Transparent panel option | Glass or acrylic, thickness, safety treatment and edge support |
| Interior | Middle shelf | Clear spacing and what remains visible |
| Lighting | Optional LED concept | Included/excluded status, voltage, driver, switch, cable exit and local compliance |
Separate the Door Panel from the Electrical Scope
Glass or Alternative Panel
Do not use the word glass unless the final panel is glass. Confirm material, safety treatment, thickness and replacement method.
Lighting Is a Separate System
If lighting is required, provide voltage, plug/connection method, component standards and destination-market requirements.
Choose the Vision Panel by Its Actual Material
Glass, acrylic and other transparent panels differ in stiffness, impact behaviour, scratch resistance, temperature limits, cleaning chemicals and edge support. The buyer should name the approved panel type and thickness, not use the terms interchangeably. Door size, frame profile and hardware must be reviewed around the selected panel weight.
Visibility is useful only when shelf positions and stored items remain within the viewing zone. State whether the panel is intended for stock checks, display or simply a lighter appearance. If privacy or light control is required, define frosting or tinting as a separate approved finish.
Treat Lighting as an Electrical Subsystem
LED colour, voltage, driver, switch, cable exit, ingress protection and local compliance are not determined by the cabinet body. The quotation must state whether lighting is included, provisioned only, or excluded. Electrical parts should be serviceable without removing the cabinet from the wall, and cables must not interfere with shelves or door travel. Wall substrate and anchors remain the installer's responsibility for the actual site.
For repeat orders, approve one door-panel and lighting schedule with replacement-part references. This avoids mixing panel materials or electrical components under the same visual product description.
Panel, Lighting and Installation RFQ
- Cabinet dimensions and mounting height
- Door operation and opening direction
- Vision-panel material and safety requirements
- Shelf layout and stored-item loads
- Lighting/electrical scope, material, quantity and destination
Review the wall-cabinet assembly guide for product-side installation, and document voltage, driver, cable exit and certification scope separately if lighting is included.
Separate Mechanical and Electrical Acceptance
A cabinet can pass its mechanical checks while the optional electrical system remains unapproved.
- Inspect panel retention and replacement path.
- Test door travel and magnetic latch only if that hardware is included.
- Verify shelf and cable routes do not conflict.
- Record lighting components and destination documentation separately from the stainless cabinet.
Protecting Panels and Electrical Parts
Transparent panels require edge and face protection. Drivers, cables and switches must be separately packed and identified if supplied; the title must not imply LEDs when the quotation excludes them.
Vision-Panel Cabinet Questions
Is the transparent panel always glass?
No. The quotation and drawing must name the actual panel material.
Is lighting included?
Only when the electrical scope is explicitly specified, technically approved and listed in the quotation.
If lighting is excluded, the quotation and product title should not imply that LEDs, drivers, switches or electrical certification are included in the supplied cabinet.
Corrosion-Resistant and Easy-to-Clean Finish
For the approved SUS304 or SUS201 construction, SENFON checks the corrosion-resistant, easy-to-clean brushed finish against the specified environment and intended use. The heavy-duty middle shelf, selected vision panel and optional LED system are confirmed as separate parts of the approved cabinet specification.
