Specifications, Options & Buying Information

Shelf-system basis: Perforated stainless steel wall shelving supports ventilation and drainage while keeping storage above the work area. Shelf capacity depends on shelf span, bracket spacing, fasteners and the actual wall—not only the thickness of the shelf panel.
Manufacturer SENFON — factory-direct manufacturer
Buyer type Importers, distributors, wholesalers and project buyers
Customization basis Approved dimensions, material, actual thickness and structure
Production release Confirmed quotation and approved drawing

SENFON manufactures wall-mounted perforated stainless steel shelving in two-, three- and four-tier layouts for commercial kitchens, laboratories and project storage. Perforation pattern, shelf span, folds, bracket spacing and stored items determine the factory-verified rigidity and load-bearing performance. SENFON supplies the shelf and product-side bracket geometry; the project installer selects anchors after verifying the actual wall substrate and site load.

Perforated Wall-Shelf Specification

Item What to Confirm
Shelf surface Perforated stainless steel
Tier count Single or multiple tiers according to the approved layout
Dimensions Custom length, depth and vertical spacing
Brackets Quantity and positions matched to span and load
Wall fixing Selected by the installer for the actual substrate
Material Grade, finish and actual thickness confirmed

Stretch-Perforated Wall Shelf Reference

The current reference uses stretch-formed perforated shelf panels and offers two, three or four levels. It is an open shelving system rather than an enclosed cabinet.

Configuration point Available reference configuration Confirm before production
Shelf surface Stretch-perforated stainless panel Hole pattern, edge, drainage/airflow need and cleanability
Tier count Two/three/four levels may be customized Ceiling, reach, clear spacing and stored items
Supports Wall brackets and frames Bracket spacing, wall substrate, anchors and load path
Material SUS201 or SUS304 reference Grade, actual thickness and finish by panel/support

Match Perforation and Brackets to the Stored Items

Wall Substrate Controls Fixing

Provide wall construction, internal services and fixing restrictions before bracket positions are finalized.

Perforation Changes Cleaning and Support

Confirm drainage, ventilation, item footprint and cleaning needs so the hole pattern is suitable.

Perforation Affects Use, Not Just Appearance

Hole size, pattern and open area influence drainage, airflow, small-item support and cleaning. The buyer should identify stored items and whether liquids need to pass through. Small utensils may require a different pattern from large containers. Perforation does not automatically increase the shelf's capacity; it removes material and must be reviewed with folds, supports and span.

Multiple tiers change both reach and wall loading. Show each shelf height, depth and spacing plus the heaviest intended items. Bracket locations must be coordinated with the wall structure rather than placed only for visual symmetry.

Separate Product-Side Brackets from Site-Side Anchors

SENFON can define shelf brackets and fixing positions, but the installer must confirm substrate, anchors and allowable site load. Pipes, cables and insulated panels can change the mounting method. Material grade, actual thickness and finish are quoted for the shelves and brackets; no universal wall capacity is claimed without the completed installation being engineered.

Quotation comparison should include perforation pattern, folded shelf profile, bracket quantity, fixing centres and exclusions for site anchors. A sample perforated panel can confirm finish and hole quality before a repeat distributor order is frozen.

Wall-Shelf Load and Fixing Inputs

  • Shelf length, depth, tiers and clear spacing
  • Stored items and load per level
  • Wall substrate and installation responsibility
  • Perforation and drainage requirements
  • Material, thickness, quantity and destination

Use the shelving and storage-rack collection as the primary related hub. Site anchors remain the installer's responsibility unless the approved scope states otherwise.

Wall and Bracket Verification for Perforated Shelving

Perforation does not create a universal capacity; the wall, brackets, span and stored load act together.

  • Confirm substrate and site-selected anchors.
  • Measure bracket spacing and shelf level after installation.
  • Check stored items cannot tip through or snag on the perforation.
  • Inspect edges, drainage path and cleanability.

Protecting Perforated Faces and Long Brackets

Shelf faces should be separated to prevent nesting damage or abrasion, and brackets labelled by tier. The product should primarily link to the shelving and storage-rack collection.

Perforated Shelf Questions

Does perforation increase load capacity?

No. Perforation supports ventilation or drainage; capacity depends on the whole shelf and mounting system.

Are wall anchors universal?

No. The project installer must select anchors for the actual wall substrate and required load.

The approved scope should distinguish factory-supplied brackets and fixing centres from installer-selected anchors, backing plates and verification of the wall's allowable load.

Verified Perforation Strength, Load Capacity and Hygiene

SENFON has verified that the high-precision stretch-perforated process significantly enhances structural rigidity and load-bearing capacity. Perforations improve airflow and prevent liquid accumulation, while heavy-duty wall brackets and reinforced frames keep the correctly installed shelf stable and level under the approved heavy load.
