Step 1: Check All Parts Before Assembly

After opening the package, please check whether all parts and accessories are complete before assembly. This helps ensure the sink can be assembled smoothly according to the instruction sheet and video guide.

  • Integrated stainless steel sink top: the sink tabletop, sink bowl, and three-side panels are connected as one upper structure.
  • Stainless steel undershelf: 1 piece.
  • Square stainless steel legs: 4 pieces.
  • Screw accessories: 1 package.
  • Assembly tool: use the supplied wrench or suitable assembly tool according to the accessory package.

Step 2: Place the Sink Top Face Down

Place the integrated sink top face down, with the back side facing up. Before placing the sink top, please use carton board, foam, or a blanket under the stainless steel surface to protect the tabletop and prevent scratches during assembly.

Because the sink top, sink bowl, and three-side panels are already integrated, this upper structure only needs to be connected with the four square legs and undershelf.

Step 3: Insert the Four Square Legs into the Sink Top

Take the end of each square stainless steel leg that is away from the adjustable foot and insert it into the reserved positions of the stainless steel sink top. Make sure the leg direction and screw holes are correctly aligned before fixing.

Use the supplied screws and accessories to fix the four square legs firmly to the integrated sink top. Repeat the same operation for all four legs.

Step 4: Install the Stainless Steel Undershelf

Place the stainless steel undershelf with the back side facing up. Align the undershelf with the lower end of the square legs near the adjustable feet. After the screw holes are aligned, use the supplied screws and accessories to fix the undershelf.

The undershelf helps improve the overall structure and provides additional storage space for commercial kitchen use.

Step 5: Tighten All Screws and Finish Assembly

After the four square legs and undershelf are fixed, check all screw positions again and tighten all screws firmly. Once all screws are secured, turn the complete sink upright and place it in the normal working position.

Assembly Reminder: With two people, one stainless steel sink can usually be assembled in about 4 minutes. Although this is a knock-down assembly structure, after proper assembly and screw tightening, the sink has excellent stability and strength, similar to a welded structure.
