Step 1: Check All Sink Table Parts and Accessories

After receiving the product, please open the package and check whether all parts and accessories are complete before assembly. Sorting all parts first can make the installation process faster and reduce mistakes during assembly.

  • Stainless steel sink top: 1 piece, with integrated backsplash.
  • Stainless steel undershelf: 1 piece.
  • Stainless steel legs: 4 pieces.
  • Screw accessories: 1 package.
  • Stainless steel drain assemblies: supplied according to the sink bowl quantity.
  • Flexible corrugated drain hose: supplied for drain connection.

Step 2: Fix the Undershelf with the Legs on One Side

Take the stainless steel undershelf and two legs first. The legs and undershelf are designed with reserved screw holes. Align the holes and tighten the screws to fix the legs to one side of the undershelf.

Please make sure the screw holes are aligned before tightening. Correct hole alignment helps the complete sink table frame stay square and stable.

Step 3: Fix the Other Two Legs

After one side is fixed, take the other two legs and install them on the other side of the undershelf using the same method. Align the reserved screw holes and tighten the screws firmly.

Step 4: Place the Sink Top Face Down

Place the stainless steel sink top face down, with the back side facing upward. Please put carton board, foam, or a soft blanket under the sink top before assembly. This helps protect the stainless steel surface and prevents scratches on the sink top.

Step 5: Insert the Leg Frame into the Sink Top

Take the assembled undershelf and leg frame, then insert it into the reserved positions under the sink top. The sink top and legs are designed with reserved screw holes on both sides.

Please align the screw holes carefully before fixing. Correct alignment makes the following screw tightening easier and improves the final assembly stability.

Step 6: Fix the Backsplash and Leg Holes with Screws

Use the supplied screws from the accessory package to connect the holes on the backsplash area with the corresponding holes on the legs. Tighten all screws firmly after the holes are aligned.

After this step, the main stainless steel sink table body is assembled. Please check the legs, undershelf, and sink top connection before turning the sink table upright.

Step 7: Turn the Sink Table Upright

After all screws are fixed, turn the sink table upright carefully. This step is recommended to be completed by two people to avoid scratching the stainless steel surface or damaging the assembled structure.

Step 8: Install the Stainless Steel Drain Assembly

The accessory package includes stainless steel drain assemblies according to the number of sink bowls. Install the stainless steel drain assembly into the drain position of the sink bowl and fix it properly.

Please make sure the drain assembly is installed tightly and correctly before connecting the drain hose.

Step 9: Connect the Flexible Corrugated Drain Hose

After the stainless steel drain assembly is fixed, connect the flexible corrugated drain hose to the drain assembly. Make sure the hose connection is secure and properly positioned.

The flexible corrugated hose makes drain connection more convenient during installation and helps adapt to different site conditions.

Step 10: Final Check and Finish Assembly

After the sink body, legs, undershelf, drain assembly, and flexible drain hose are installed, check the complete sink table again. Make sure all screws are tightened, the legs are stable, the undershelf is fixed, and the drain connection is secure.
