Specifications, Options & Buying Information

Enclosure decision: An enclosed prep cabinet hides waste containers and organizes tools within one stainless steel workstation. The cabinet must still allow bin removal, cleaning, ventilation where required, drawer access and service clearance without conflicting with doors or adjacent equipment.
Manufacturer SENFON — factory-direct manufacturer
Buyer type Importers, distributors, wholesalers and project buyers
Customization basis Approved dimensions, material, actual thickness and structure
Production release Confirmed quotation and approved drawing

SENFON manufactures an enclosed stainless steel prep cabinet with waste bins and drawers for projects that need a clean exterior and controlled internal service access. Tilt-out or pull-out bins, drawer runners, service doors and removable liners must work without interfering with one another. The approved specification should show bin removal, ventilation where required, cleaning access, compartment separation, worktop openings, material, thickness and packing.

Balance a Clean Exterior with Service Access

Bin Removal Path

Confirm whether bins pull forward, sideways or through a door, including caster and handle clearances.

Cleaning and Ventilation

Enclosures can trap moisture or debris. Define the cleaning method and any ventilation requirement before the panels are finalized.

Concealment Must Not Block Bin Service

Doors and drawer fronts can create a clean exterior, but the bin still needs a direct removal route. The drawing should show whether the bin pulls forward, rolls out or is lifted, plus the clear opening after doors, hinges, tracks and handles are considered. If the cabinet sits between other equipment, confirm the service aisle and maximum door position.

Waste moisture and odour make cleaning access more important than visual enclosure. The buyer should specify removable liners, ventilation expectations, floor clearance and how internal corners are reached. A sealed-looking cabinet is not automatically hygienic; unsuitable hidden gaps can make maintenance harder.

Coordinate Drawers with the Waste Compartment

Drawer runners and boxes require protected space away from the waste path. State what each drawer stores and whether a partition separates clean utensils from the bin zone. Worktop openings, splash guards and reinforcement must be coordinated with both compartments. Material and actual thickness should be quoted by component, while bin supply, door hardware and packing are explicit inclusions or exclusions.

Service-Access Details Required for Quotation

  • Overall cabinet and worktop dimensions
  • Bin sizes, access doors and removal path
  • Drawer quantity, location and contents
  • Worktop openings, backsplash and reinforcement
  • Cleaning, ventilation, material and packing requirements

Use the OEM/ODM review process to freeze clean and waste zones, door access and bin removal before the cabinet is priced.

Separate Clean Storage from Waste Service

The right-side drawers and enclosed bin zones require a deliberate barrier and service plan.

  • Confirm the clean/waste partition and hidden cleaning access.
  • Test each bin's full removal route with doors and drawers installed.
  • Check backsplash and top openings against internal supports.
  • List every supplied bin, runner and liner as an inclusion or exclusion.

Transporting an Enclosed Multi-Mechanism Cabinet

Tilt-out parts, pull-out parts and drawers must be immobilized independently. Packing should preserve cabinet squareness and keep hardware from striking visible panels.

Enclosed Waste-Cabinet Questions

Can bins be hidden behind doors?

Yes, when the door opening and internal clearances allow practical removal and cleaning.

Can drawers and waste bins share one cabinet?

Yes. Their zones must be separated on the drawing so slides, doors, openings and bins do not conflict.

The final approval drawing should also identify which panels or liners can be removed without disturbing drawer runners or the surrounding kitchen line.

Enclosed Waste-Cabinet Configuration

Waste containers, drawer boxes, service openings and lower panels are coordinated around the approved workflow and cleaning access. If a healthcare or other controlled environment has additional requirements, the buyer must provide the applicable specification; the product is not described as hospital grade without that documented scope.
