PRODUCT DETAILS

Specifications, Options & Buying Information

Workflow summary: This prep station combines utensil drawers and waste handling around one work surface. To prevent unusable openings or blocked drawers, the design must start with the real bins, operator side, ingredient workflow, drawer contents and adjacent equipment.
Manufacturer SENFON — factory-direct manufacturer
Buyer type Importers, distributors, wholesalers and project buyers
Customization basis Approved dimensions, material, actual thickness and structure
Production release Confirmed quotation and approved drawing

SENFON manufactures this stainless steel prep station with drawers and waste bins for high-volume preparation lines. The layout coordinates three drawer positions, splash protection, worktop openings and the selected bins so operators can prepare, reach tools and remove waste without blocked paths. Send the real bin dimensions, drawer contents, working direction, adjacent equipment and cleaning sequence for the approved drawing.

Current Three-Drawer and Dual-Bin Prep Layout

The available reference combines a three-sided splashback, three drawers and two pull-out waste-bin positions. Bins may be supplied, but inclusion must be explicit in the quotation.

Configuration point Available reference configuration Confirm before production
Splash zone Rear, left and right splashbacks Height, return length and operator access side
Drawer zone Three drawers in the current reference Internal sizes, contents, runner and dominant-hand workflow
Waste zone Two pull-out positions are commonly shown Bin model, included/excluded status and removal direction
Construction KD reference; SUS201/SUS304 and 0.7–2.0 mm available range Actual thickness and connection by component

Currently Available Layout Reference

The current SENFON page shows three drawers, rear/left/right splashbacks and two pull-out waste-bin positions; matched bins can be supplied with the station. These details should be retained as the present reference model while the drawing confirms whether the order keeps three drawers, two bins and the same three-sided splash geometry or changes any of them.

Map the Preparation-to-Disposal Sequence

Map Every Hand Movement

Identify where ingredients arrive, where tools are stored and how waste leaves the station. This determines drawers, openings and bin access.

Confirm Containers First

Provide bin models or dimensions before finalizing worktop openings and cabinet clearances.

Sequence Preparation, Drawer Access and Waste Disposal

This product should be drawn from the operator's actual hand movements. Mark the main preparation zone, dominant hand, drawer side, waste opening and bin removal direction. A layout that looks symmetrical can still force the operator to cross the work surface or step away repeatedly. Drawer fronts and bin access must also remain clear of neighbouring equipment and aisle traffic.

The existing title mentions three drawers, but the final drawing must define each drawer's internal size and content. The largest utensil, insert or tool should determine usable depth and height. If bins are included, name their material and dimensions; if they are locally sourced, provide a verified sample or interface drawing. The backsplash height and side returns should match the direction of splash and the adjacent kitchen line.

Keep Openings, Reinforcement and Cleaning Access Compatible

Worktop cut-outs and drawer zones can compete with supports below the top. The design review must coordinate opening position, reinforcement, runners and partitions. Removable components should have a clear service path. Material grade, finish and actual thickness remain component-specific quotation items, and any load or food-contact claim requires supporting evidence for the supplied configuration.

RFQ Inputs for Drawers, Bins and Splashbacks

  • Overall footprint and operator side
  • Bin dimensions, quantity and removal direction
  • Drawer count, internal sizes and contents
  • Opening positions and backsplash details
  • Material, thickness, load, quantity and destination

Send the operating sequence, selected bin data and drawer contents through the OEM/ODM drawing review; a reference photograph alone is not enough for the openings.

Run a Preparation-to-Disposal Workflow Test

The station should be checked with the actual hand sequence rather than judged from a front photograph.

  • Mark the primary prep area, drawer side and waste hand-off direction.
  • Open drawers and bins together to find collisions.
  • Check top openings against reinforcement and partitions.
  • Verify removable parts and internal cleaning paths.

Packing Drawers, Bins and Splash Edges

Drawers and bin holders should be restrained, bins identified as included or excluded, and three splash edges protected from bending. Final packing follows the approved KD division.

Prep-Station Configuration Questions

Can the number of drawers change?

Yes. Drawer count and position should follow the utensils and workflow.

Are bins included?

The quotation must state whether SENFON supplies the bins or builds around buyer-provided containers.

Drawer, Bin and Workflow Checks

Drawer sizes, bin interfaces, backsplash returns and operator direction are coordinated on the approved drawing. SENFON can check usable openings, alignment, component-level material, actual thickness and trial assembly within the agreed inspection scope. Throughput depends on the buyer's workflow and is not inferred from the product title.
