Step 1: Check All Sink Table Parts and Accessories

After receiving the product, please open the package and check whether all parts and accessories are complete before assembly. This sink table is supplied with the sink top and three-side panels already welded together. The remaining parts are assembled on site according to the reserved screw holes.

  • Integrated stainless steel sink top and three-side panels: 1 welded set.
  • Welded side leg frames: 2 sets, left and right.
  • Square tube support: 1 piece.
  • Screw accessories: 1 package.
  • Stainless steel drain assemblies: supplied according to the sink bowl quantity.

Step 2: Place the Sink Top Face Down

Place the stainless steel sink top face down, with the back side facing upward. Before placing the sink top, please put carton board, foam, bubble wrap, or a soft blanket underneath. This helps protect the stainless steel surface and prevents scratches during assembly.

The sink top and three-side panels are already welded together, so the main upper structure does not need to be assembled separately.

Step 3: Insert the Welded Side Leg Frames

Take the welded side leg frames and insert them into the reserved positions under the sink top. Please pay attention to the direction of the side leg frames before fixing.

One side of each welded leg frame has reserved holes for the square tube support. These reserved holes should be positioned toward the back side of the product, and the two square tube holes should face inward.

Step 4: Do Not Fully Tighten the Leg Frames First

After the side leg frames are inserted into the reserved positions, do not fully tighten the screws at the beginning. Keeping the screws slightly loose makes it easier to insert and align the rear square tube support in the next step.

Step 5: Insert the Rear Square Tube Support

Take out the square tube support from the accessory package. Insert the square tube into the reserved holes on both side leg frames. The reserved square tube holes are located at the rear side of the product.

Please make sure the square tube is fully inserted into both side leg frames before tightening the screws. Correct square tube positioning helps improve the overall strength and stability of the sink table.

Step 6: Tighten the Leg Frames and Side Panels

Align the reserved screw holes between the welded side leg frames and the side panels. Use the supplied screws and washers to tighten the leg frames and panels firmly.

After the holes are aligned, tighten the screws evenly on both sides. This step fixes the side leg frames to the integrated sink top and three-side panel structure.

Step 7: Tighten the Square Tube Support Screws

The square tube support also has reserved screw holes. After the square tube is inserted and aligned, use the supplied screws to tighten it firmly.

After the leg frames, side panels, and square tube support are tightened, the main sink table body is assembled.

Step 8: Turn the Sink Table Upright

After all main screws are fixed, carefully turn the sink table upright. This step is recommended to be completed by two people to avoid scratching the stainless steel surface or damaging the assembled structure.

Step 9: Install the Stainless Steel Drain Assembly

Take out the stainless steel drain assembly from the accessory package. The drain assemblies are supplied according to the sink bowl quantity. Install the drain assembly into the drain position of the sink bowl and fix it properly.

Please make sure the drain assembly is installed tightly and correctly before use.

Step 10: Final Check and Finish Assembly

After the sink body, welded side leg frames, rear square tube support, screws, washers, and drain assembly are installed, check the complete sink table again. Make sure all screws are tightened, the leg frames are stable, the square tube support is fixed, and the drain assembly is secure.
