This product family includes four practical structure combinations. The following dimensions are selection references; they are not universal stock promises and must be reconfirmed on the quotation and approved drawing.

Common Reference Dimensions

Common SENFON reference lengths include 1000, 1200, 1500 and 1800 mm. Frequently used depths include 600, 700 and 800 mm, while common finished working heights include 800, 850 and 900 mm. Square-leg models on the current product page are commonly listed at 700 or 800 mm deep; round-leg references also include compact 500 and 600 mm depths. A rear backsplash is commonly about 100 mm high, but its height and folded return should be shown on the approved drawing.

These dimensions are selection references, not fixed global standards. The correct size depends on the wall length, aisle clearance, operator workflow and the equipment installed beside the table. When a worktable must align with a sink, cabinet or dishwasher table, confirm the finished height, front edge and backsplash as one equipment line. How to Choose the Right Structure

Flat top or rear backsplash

A flat top is appropriate for island positions, pass-through work zones or layouts that need access from more than one side. A backsplash is normally selected for wall-side preparation because it forms a rear barrier for crumbs and splashes. “With backsplash” is not a complete specification: the buyer should state the height, return depth and whether it must align with adjacent equipment.

Square legs or round legs

Both profiles are valid commercial structures. SENFON's available project references commonly use 38 × 38 mm square tube or approximately Ø43 mm round tube for balanced proportions, subject to the complete table design. Buyers should also confirm the tube wall thickness and surface finish. Outside tube size alone does not determine stability; leg spacing, shelf construction, top reinforcement and connection design also matter.

SUS201 or SUS304

SUS201 can support price-sensitive general commercial ranges, while SUS304 is normally the stronger choice for food-preparation and wetter kitchen environments. The quotation should identify material by component rather than state one grade without clarifying whether it applies to the top, undershelf, tubes and hardware. If a buyer requests another grade, its use should be reviewed against the environment and approved specification instead of being assumed from a general product-family statement.

Thickness and worktop reinforcement

The listed 0.7–2.0 mm range is useful only when the component is identified. A top sheet, lower shelf and tube wall do not need to use the same thickness. Quotations should therefore state actual thickness by component and describe the structure below the visible worktop. SENFON's documented standard uses a high-density composite backing with stainless steel support to improve flatness and reduce a hollow metallic sound. Other project-grade reinforcement should be quoted only after requirements are confirmed.

KD Assembly and Export Packing

For an export-oriented KD model, the top, undershelf and legs are connected on site rather than shipped as one fully welded volume. The benefit is a more compact packing plan for repeat wholesale orders. The decision must still consider connection design, fasteners, assembly sequence, packed dimensions and the buyer's installation process. Carton packing is the documented standard for this family. A wooden frame or wooden crate may be selected for LCL cargo, large dimensions, mixed loading or transport routes with greater handling risk. Packing should be quoted from the final approved dimensions; it should not be copied from another model.

What to Compare Between Supplier Quotations

Two offers can show the same overall size and steel grade but describe different products. A meaningful comparison should identify the actual thickness of each component, the support below the worktop, tube profile and wall thickness, undershelf construction, feet, backsplash detail, KD connections and packing. Buyers with a defined distributed or point load should provide it before production so the structure can be reviewed and compare it with the structure defined for the stated load and approved drawing.
