Step 1: Check All Stainless Steel Panels and Accessories

Before assembly, place all stainless steel panels and accessories in order. Check whether the tabletop, front door frame, left and right side panels, rear panel, shelf panels, sliding doors, triangular reinforcing plates, adjustable feet, shelf support clips, screws, and washers are complete.

Sorting all parts before installation helps make the assembly process faster and reduces mistakes during cabinet body fixing.

Step 2: Position the Front Door Frame Correctly

Take out the front door frame and place it in the correct direction. Please make sure the sliding track is located at the top of the frame.

Correct front frame direction is very important. If the sliding track direction is wrong, the sliding doors cannot be installed smoothly at the final step.

Step 3: Fix the Left and Right Side Panels

Take out the left and right side panels and connect them with the front door frame. The side panels have reserved screw holes, and the screw hole direction should face upward.

Use the supplied screws and washers to pre-fix the side panels with the front frame. It is recommended to align all holes first before fully tightening the screws.

Step 4: Install the Rear Panel

After the front frame and left and right side panels are fixed, install the rear panel. The rear panel should also be placed with the reserved screw holes facing upward.

Align the screw holes and fix them with the supplied screws and washers. After this step, the main cabinet body frame is assembled.

Step 5: Place the Tabletop Face Down

Place the stainless steel tabletop face down, with the back side facing upward. To protect the stainless steel surface, it is recommended to place carton board, foam, or a soft blanket under the tabletop during assembly.

Step 6: Fix the Cabinet Frame to the Tabletop

Turn the assembled cabinet frame upside down and place it on the back side of the tabletop. The tabletop and cabinet frame have reserved screw holes for alignment.

Align the holes carefully and tighten the screws firmly. This step connects the cabinet body frame with the stainless steel tabletop and forms the main worktable cabinet structure.

Step 7: Install the Triangular Stainless Steel Reinforcing Plates

Fix the triangular stainless steel reinforcing plates under the cabinet frame. These reinforcing plates are used to strengthen the bottom fixing position and support the installation of the stainless steel adjustable feet.

Please make sure the triangular plates are fixed firmly before installing the feet.

Step 8: Install the Four Stainless Steel Adjustable Feet

Screw the four stainless steel adjustable feet into the fixed triangular reinforcing plates. After all feet are installed, the bottom support structure of the cabinet is complete.

The adjustable feet help the cabinet stand more stably on different floor conditions in commercial kitchens.

Step 9: Turn the Cabinet Upright

After the tabletop, cabinet frame, triangular plates, and adjustable feet are fixed, turn the complete frame upright. This step should be completed by two people to avoid scratching the stainless steel surface or damaging the assembled structure.

Step 10: Install the Shelf Support Clips

Insert the four shelf support clips into the reserved holes inside the cabinet body. The support clips are used to hold the internal shelf panels.

Please make sure all four clips are placed at the same height so the shelf can sit flat and stable.

Step 11: Place the Middle Shelf and Bottom Shelf

Place the middle shelf and bottom shelf into the cabinet body. The middle shelf and bottom shelf are exactly the same in size and structure, so they do not need to be distinguished during assembly.

Either shelf panel can be used as the middle shelf or the bottom shelf. After the shelves are placed, check whether they sit firmly on the support clips and inside the cabinet body.

Step 12: Install the Sliding Doors

Install the two sliding doors into the sliding tracks. Make sure the doors are correctly placed into the upper and lower tracks and can move smoothly from left to right.

After the doors are installed, slide both doors several times to confirm smooth movement and proper alignment.

Step 13: Final Check and Finish Assembly

After all panels, screws, shelves, adjustable feet, and sliding doors are installed, check the complete cabinet again. Make sure all screws are tightened and the cabinet stands stably.
