Step 1: Check All Parts Before Assembly

After receiving the product, please open the package and check whether all parts and accessories are complete before assembly. This helps ensure the cabinet can be assembled smoothly according to the instruction sheet and video guide.

  • Stainless steel tabletop: 1 piece.
  • Left and right side panels: 2 pieces.
  • Rear panel: 1 piece.
  • Front panel: 1 piece.
  • Sliding doors: 2 pieces.
  • Stainless steel adjustable feet: 4 pieces.
  • Middle shelf and bottom shelf: 2 pieces in total.
  • Screw accessories: 1 package.

Step 2: Connect the Side Panels and Rear Panel

Two people are recommended for assembly. First, find the left and right side panels and the rear panel of the cabinet body. Align the reserved screw holes and connect the two side panels with the rear panel.

Fix the panels firmly through the reserved screw holes. At this stage, the cabinet frame should be kept square and stable before installing the front panel.

Step 3: Install the Front Panel

Take the front panel and connect it with the left and right side panels of the cabinet body. Align the screw holes before tightening the screws. After this step, the basic cabinet frame is formed.

Step 4: Place the Tabletop Face Down

Place the stainless steel tabletop face down before installing the cabinet frame. It is recommended to put carton board, foam, or a blanket under the tabletop to protect the surface and prevent scratches during assembly.

Step 5: Fix the Cabinet Frame onto the Tabletop

Turn the assembled cabinet frame upside down and place it on the back of the tabletop. The tabletop and cabinet frame have corresponding reserved screw holes. Align the holes carefully, then use screws to fix the cabinet frame firmly onto the tabletop.

Step 6: Install the Shelf Support Clips

Inside the cabinet, there are four adjustable shelf support clips. Install the support clips into the cabinet body according to the required shelf height. The shelf height can be adjusted according to actual use requirements.

Step 7: Place the Middle Shelf and Bottom Shelf

Place the shelf panels onto the installed support clips. The middle shelf and bottom shelf are designed to be exactly the same. Their size and thickness are the same, so they do not need to be distinguished during assembly. Either panel can be placed in the middle position or bottom position.

Step 8: Install the Stainless Steel Adjustable Feet

Install the four stainless steel adjustable feet onto the cabinet body. Use screws to fix and tighten each foot firmly. After installation, the adjustable feet can help keep the cabinet stable on different floor conditions.

Step 9: Install the Sliding Doors into the Upper Rail

Install the two sliding doors by placing the rollers of the doors into the upper sliding rail. Make sure the rollers are properly seated in the upper rail track and that the doors can slide smoothly.

After the sliding doors are installed, check the movement of both doors and confirm that the cabinet opens and closes normally.

Step 10: Final Check and Finish Assembly

After all parts are installed, check all screw positions again and make sure every screw is tightened firmly. Once the cabinet is placed in the normal upright position, the assembly is complete.

Assembly Reminder: This KD stainless steel worktable cabinet is designed for convenient packing, lower shipping volume, and easy assembly after delivery. Compared with a fully welded cabinet, this structure can save around 70% shipping space. After proper assembly and screw tightening, the cabinet has strong stability and durability, similar to a welded structure.
