This SENFON assembly guide shows how to assemble a square leg stainless steel commercial worktable. The same basic assembly method is suitable for common 2-tier and 3-tier stainless steel worktables, with or without backsplash, depending on the product structure.

Step 1: Check All Parts After Opening the Carton

After opening the carton, please check whether all parts and accessories are complete before assembly.

  • Stainless steel tabletop: 1 piece.
  • Stainless steel undershelf: 1 piece for a 2-tier worktable.
  • For a 3-tier worktable: two stainless steel shelves are included.
  • Screws: 12 pieces.
  • Washers: 12 pieces.
  • Hex key wrench: 1 piece.
  • Stainless steel legs: 4 pieces, with adjustable feet already fixed.

Step 2: Insert the Square Legs into the Tabletop

Place the tabletop face down back into the original carton to protect the surface during assembly. Take the end of each stainless steel leg that is away from the adjustable foot. The end with double holes should be inserted into the four reserved holes of the stainless steel tabletop.

Please make sure the screw holes on the stainless steel legs are aligned in the same direction as the reserved holes on the tabletop.

Step 3: Pre-Fix the Four Legs

Use screws together with washers to pre-fix the stainless steel legs to the tabletop. Repeat the same operation for all four legs. At this stage, do not fully tighten the screws. Keep a small amount of movement space so the shelf can be installed more easily.

Step 4: Install the Stainless Steel Shelf

Place the stainless steel shelf face down between the four legs. Align the shelf height with the screw holes on the legs. Then use screws and washers to fix the shelf firmly.

For a 3-tier worktable, repeat this step for the second shelf according to the product structure.

Step 5: Fully Tighten the Screws and Finish Assembly

After the shelf is fixed, return to the tabletop screw positions and tighten all screws firmly. Once all screws are secured, turn the complete worktable upright. The assembly is now finished.

Assembly Reminder: With electric tools, one stainless steel worktable can usually be assembled in about 3 minutes. Please make sure all screws are tightened firmly. After proper assembly, the overall stability, load-bearing performance, and durability of the worktable are similar to a welded structure.
